General remarks

Unless otherwise specified: offers and promotions are valid until 03/05/2026 for all new contracts and cannot be combined with other offers and promotions. The unlimited offers are only valid for private use in Belgium and according to our general terms and conditions; information and prices (including VAT) are without obligation and may be changed without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, your contract is concluded for an indefinite term. You can cancel your contract in writing at any time. In case of a sale in a point-of-sale, goods may be paid in cash or by bank card, and services can be paid by bank transfer or direct debit. Except in case of force majeure, the delivery period for goods is a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 30 days, and for services, a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 60 days. Flex Packs

Internet in Flex Packs: unlimited fixed Internet data, only for private use and according to the general terms and conditions of Proximus If a customer has used up their 3 TB, their Internet speed will be reduced until the first day of the following month, unless they activate Extra Volume of 300 GB for free via MyProximus. Proximus may change the offering subject to giving two months’ notice. Family: The offer Family is a supplementary TV option reserved for customers of the basic TV offer. Pickx app: ofor TV customers with a MyProximus account, for use in Belgium via Proximus Internet (fixed and mobile). TV guide accessible to all Internet users. TV customers also have access to TV content with the exception of Partner offers via the Proximus Pickx app and proximuspickx.be with a MyProximus account. The TV content in the video is for illustrative and educational purposes only. Second home Pack

Promo: through 02/02/2025 for all new and existing customers. The discount on the Internet + TV pack amounts to € 24/month, notwithstanding any changes to the basic price of the pack. This discount shall remain valid provided that the customer has a Flex, Familus, Minimus, Tuttimus, Busines Flex, Bizz Office with TV or Bizz All-In pack at the first residence, and that the two packs at the two residences are on the same customer account. Student Pack

Promo: From 03/07/2023 through 31/01/2026 upon validation of your student e-mail or on presentation/sending of your student card with a valid card number for the current academic year. The offer is valid provided that the conditions are met, and the Internet is taken in the student's name. The total value of the promotion is €96 (€8/month for 1 year) for Internet Essential and €347.88 (€28.99/month for 1 year) for Internet Maxi, 12-month offer, renewable annually for 3 years under the same conditions (the student is contacted annually). Internet

Wi-Fi and Smart Wi-Fi: anyone connecting to a Wi-Fi Hotspot must be registered with the service and must have accepted the general terms and conditions. Smart Wi-Fi is included for Mobilus customers in a pack and is available to other customers at € 5/month. Smart Wi-Fi can be activated via the MyProximus app (no login required). Mobile Internet: offer valid from 02/11/2016 and not compatible with other ongoing promotions, such as the reductions offered to business customers. The data included is used 24 hours a day. You pay € 0.10 per additional MB. If you go over your allowance, your connection will not be cut, but Proximus will reduce the speed to 128 kbps. Cloud: to benefit from the Cloud, you must have a Proximus Internet subscription. Fixed Internet speed: the indicated maximum speed is a theoretical speed. Not all customers can reach this speed in practice. The download speed in your home mainly depends on the distance between the connection point and the exchange, the availability of VDSL, your computer installation, and internal wiring. These factors must be optimal to browse the Internet at the maximum speed. Using Wi-Fi may also reduce your Internet speed. Mobilus, Mobilus Full Control

Calls and texts: in Belgium, to all landline and mobile networks in Belgium and on the go in the EU, for calls and texts to all landline and mobile networks in the EU.With the exception of special numbers (voting, 0900, etc.). Calls are billed by the second, starting from the 61st second. Internet (data): the data included is valid only in the EU. Usage inside and outside the subscription is billed per KB. Unlimited use for personal use only, according to the general terms and conditions. Reasonable roaming use within the EU in accordance with the general terms and conditions. Pay&Go+

Prices incl. VAT. Your rate plan is valid in Belgium and while traveling (roaming) within the EU (+ Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), excluding special numbers (voting lines, 0900 numbers, etc.) and third-party services. Calls are billed by the second starting from the 61st second. Unlimited offers: for personal and normal use only in accordance with the general terms and conditions. Your Pay&Go SIM card is valid for 12 months following the first call. The validity period is renewed for 12 months after every top-up of € 10 or more. Top-up bonus: text messages, call minutes and data are valid until the following top-up (it is not possible to combine top-up bonuses) and for a maximum of 31 days.

Smartphone Replacement

Repair your smartphone the day after you accept the complaint. If it is not possible to repair it, it will be replaced by a smartphone “renovated”, of an equivalent model. Valid for private customers, freelancers and SMEs who have had a mobile subscription for at least three months and have paid at least one bill. Registration to this program requires the approval of the account manager. Subject to available stocks of replacement devices. The replacement device may not necessarily be the same as the original. It remains the property of Proximus and must be returned within the stated period and in its original condition. Otherwise, fixed compensation will be claimed, as set out in the contract. Free replacements can be issued no more than twice over any 12-month period, unless the original device is repaired by Proximus. 1 GB of free data for customers whose mobile subscriptions do not include data: only while the replacement device is being provided and in accordance with our general terms and conditions. Mobile Coverage Extender

Use in Belgium only. Installation on a Proximus fixed Internet line and must be used by a Proximus mobile customer and billed according to the applicable rates for the mobile subscription. Up to 4 simultaneous users. 3G coverage of 200 m². The device remains the property of Proximus. If the service is terminated, the customer must return the device to Proximus. Smartphone Omnium

Replacement with a new smartphone or “reconditioned” smartphone the next day after acceptance of the complaint. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Compatible with Proximus mobile subscriptions, for private or business customers, as mentioned on the site proximus.be. Coverage is not valid, inter alia: (1) in case of negligence, intentional fault of the user, (2) for accessories, (3) in case of damage resulting from repair by a third party, (4) in case of damage caused by viruses, or (5) in case of loss of data. The Insured can terminate the contract in writing at any time, except during the first six months. In case of force majeure or stock shortage, the replacement period can be extended by five days.
